What Our Clients Say About Us
I’m Brie. For more than a decade, I’ve dedicated my work to helping people stay connected to their bodies, move better, and feel better — not just for a day, but for the long run.
My path into bodywork began with my own experience of being active, always pushing, always doing more. I learned early that movement is freedom — but without recovery, even the strongest bodies break down. That understanding pulled me into massage, then fire cupping, and eventually into the deeper energetic work that ties it all together.
What I discovered is this:
when you release tension, restore balance, and support the body’s natural healing, people can keep doing what they love without burning out or breaking down.
Today at House of Healing, I specialize in working with people who are active — runners, lifters, hikers, parents, professionals — anyone who uses their body every day and wants to keep going.
My sessions combine focused therapeutic bodywork, traditional fire cupping, and intuitive energetic support to help you move with less pain, more ease, and better recovery.
My approach is steady, intentional, and tailored to what your body needs that day.
Some clients come to stay out of pain.
Some come to improve performance.
Some come to sleep deep again.
If your body has been asking for relief, or if you want to stay active without sacrificing your well-being, you’re exactly who I’m here for.
When you’re ready, I’ve got you.

Common Questions
Yes. Massage focuses primarily on relaxing muscles, while bodywork goes deeper.
Bodywork is a therapeutic approach that can include techniques like cupping, stretching, mobilization, and targeted pressure work to address the root cause of pain, tension, or restricted movement.
It’s designed for people who want more than relaxation — people who want better mobility, faster recovery, and long-term change.
At House of Healing, your session blends both relaxation and therapeutic bodywork so you get results that last beyond the table.
You may see marks on your body after cupping, but they’re not bruises from trauma.
Bruises happen when the body is hit and the tissue is damaged.
Cupping marks are different — they come from static pressure, which brings stagnant blood, tension, and toxins to the surface so the body can clear them.
These marks are completely normal, painless, and usually fade within 3–7 days.
In fact, many people experience relief because of this process — it shows the body is releasing what’s been stuck.
Every body heals differently, but most clients feel noticeable relief in mobility, tension, and overall well-being after their first session.
What’s important to understand is this:
the longer you wait, the more tension, stagnation, and energetic buildup the body holds onto — which means it often takes longer to unwind.
That’s why I create a personalized treatment plan based on your goals, your activity level, and what your body is showing me. Whether you’re looking for immediate pain relief or long-term maintenance to keep you moving at your best, we’ll map out the exact frequency and approach your body needs to truly heal — not just temporarily feel better.
To get the best results:
Hydrate well the day before, the day of, and the day after (add electrolytes). 1 gallon min.
Eat a light meal 1–2 hours before.
Sauna beforehand if you want to warm up and relax the tissues.
Avoid caffeine and alcohol the day of and 24 hours after.
Workouts: avoid intense lifting 4 hours before and 24 hours after cupping. Light movement is ok.
Avoid cold therapy after your session, as it tightens the muscles.
Come with clean, product-free skin: No lotions, perfumes (flammable)
Shave! For best results hair must be no longer than ½ inch, trimming is ok.
